Sonoma Academy

Construction of a New College Preparatory School for Grades 9-12

Project Description: Complete sitework for a 34-acre private high school campus, including several building pads, roads, utilities, soccer field, and parking lots. Over-excavation & recompaction of unsuitable onsite material. Perform keyway excavation at base of fill including subdrain system. Installed approximately 3.5 miles of underground utilities consisting of 2" to 24" diameter pipe ranging from sanitary sewer, storm drain, domestic water and fire protection systems. Perform soil stabilization to achieve compaction requirements. Finish grading of roads, fields and landscape areas. Place base rock, metal edging and asphalt concrete.

Project Description: Site clearing, earthwork and finish grading for a multi-level building pad and private driveway. Provide structure excavation for a detailed multi-level floor plan in addition to retaining wall layback, structure excavation and backfill. Complete sewer, storm, water and joint trench utility systems. Place baserock, finish grading/compaction and street repaving.

Emergency Landslide and Erosion Repair

Project Description: Repair landslide for resident located on the Russian River. Remove unstable material to below slide plane, key and bench the exposed slope, construct buttress using rock gabbions. Fill exposed area with fill material to specified depth. Import and place rip-rap and erosion control mats on exposed slope.

Shoulder Widening, Turn Lane & Winery Expansion, General Contractor for Fallia Winery

Project Description: Shoulder widening project on Silverado Trail located in St. Helena. The shoulder widening was required to construct a turn lane into Failla Winery. Within the facility, install fire protection system, grading/paving for new roads, new crush pad, place baserock, paving and joint trench installation, drainage, and process waste expansion.

Facility Expansion

Project Description: Building expansion of the existing store, new underground drainage system, fire protection system, domestic water and sanitary sewer. Install a new Dry Shed for material storage. Modify and add new parking spaces. Perform shoulder widening on Napa Road, add turn and bike lanes.

Deerfield Ranch Winery

New Winery on Highway 12

Project Description: Install fire protection system, drainage system, domestic water, process waste utilities, grading and paving for private driveway up to new winery building. Perform 1,200-lf of shoulder widening on Highway 12 to construct a new turn lane, expose and cap a high pressure gas line, relocate PG&E/Verizon utilities, directional bore under Highway 12 for utility installation and striping reconfiguration. Extend concrete box culvert structure and install metal beam guardrail.

Project Description: Locate high pressure gas line, remove (E) AC to construct PCC ADA parking stalls, adjust grades by placing additional base rock, conform paving and striping/signage improvements. Modify ADA sidewalk at main restaurant entrance.

Project Description: Remove (E) building, footings, foundations and metal tower. Construct (2) new buildings, furnish new PG&E power, transfer all generators and equipment through several phases of construction.

24-Lot Subdivision

Project Description: Construction of a 24-lot subdivision including tree removal, cut to fill, import, pad grading, curb/gutter, driveways, storm drain system, sewer main and laterals, water main and services and fencing with retaining wall structures. Coordinate with the City of Healdsburg to perform utility tie-ins and street conforms. Perform asphalt paving, striping and signage.
