  • Tony Delfino - General Superintendent

    With over 25-years of construction field supervision and experience, Tony provides supervision of simultaneous projects in accordance with the contract documents & bid productions. He performs our hiring and training, including the interview process, as well as maintenance and planning of reports, project management, enforcement of safety and quality-control policies for Oak Grove Construction and all subcontractors, and direction of day-to-day coordination of subcontractors. Tony is essential in fostering Oak Grove's lasting relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and unions.


  • Ryan Smith - Chief Estimator

    A graduate from California State University, Chico with a degree in Construction Management, Ryan performs specific job functions such as project selection and bid strategies, cost estimates and budgets, presentations to clients, contract & subcontract negotiation, implement job cost reviews, and maintain current and historical cost data; value engineering ideas to reduce project construction costs; project scheduling, and project management.


  • Elaine Richardson - Accounting Manager

    Elaine oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger, including but not limited to financial reporting, cash management, and accounts receivable transactions, management of vendor accounts, closing activities, and human resources. Elaine holds a degree in Business Administration from Dominican College and has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.


  • Doug Hamilton - President and Owner

    Doug Hamilton began his construction career in 1981 after graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with an honors degree in Construction Engineering. His professional development spans the full spectrum of engineering construction. From his beginnings as a pipe layer for Soiland Company, his skills quickly grew to where he was managing multiple and concurrent multi-million dollar projects in his 13 years of service with NBC.


Doug’s commitment to the construction industry has twice garnered him the prestigious "Contractor of the Year Award" from the Northern California Engineering Contractors Association (NCECA), where he has served as the association’s President. He shares his construction knowledge teaching Construction Management through the ECA and at Sonoma State University. His commitment to the industry is matched by his company's commitment to community, which includes volunteering both personal time and company's assets to a wide variety of community service organizations and projects, every year.
