Private Residence, Bodega
Project Description: Oak Grove initially built the access to the custom home on a large parcel outside of Bodega. Subsequently Oak Grove has been invited back to improve access to two smaller plots of land on the parcel in preparation for the owner to split off the parcels and sell them as lots for future homes.
Private Ranch Road Upgrades, Napa
Project Description: Graded out, added rock to, and chipsealed over several miles of common private roads. Also performed work on a future building pad site and artist studio on the ranch property.
The work was performed over the course of several years, during which time several neighboring property owners requested quotes and work performed as a result of the excellent service exhibited at the ranch roads.
Private Residence, Marin County
Project Description: Oak Grove was brought onto this project in October with several thousand cubic yards of naturally occurring asbestos stockpiled onsite exposed to rain and erosion when the previous grading contractor went out of business.
We were brought on the job to perform immediate Naturally Occurring Asbestos offhaul and erosion control prior to the imminent winter season. We later contracted to complete the balance of grading, paving, underground utilities, extensive drainage, and sitework improvements on the property.

Project Description: Site clearing, earthwork and finish grading for a multi-level building pad and private driveway. Provide structure excavation for a detailed multi-level floor plan in addition to retaining wall layback, structure excavation and backfill. Complete sewer, storm, water and joint trench utility systems. Place baserock, finish grading/compaction and street repaving.

Emergency Landslide and Erosion Repair
Project Description: Repair landslide for resident located on the Russian River. Remove unstable material to below slide plane, key and bench the exposed slope, construct buttress using rock gabbions. Fill exposed area with fill material to specified depth. Import and place rip-rap and erosion control mats on exposed slope.

Lavender Hill Farms
Project Description: Initially tasked with building a horse arena at the top of a Western Petaluma Ranch, Oak Grove ended up performing thousands of yard of cut-to-fill, numerous keyways, subdrains, swales, outfalls, paving, and other improvements on the 6-acre property.
Oak Grove project team have become good friends with the client, and are happy to consider them a part of the Oak Grove family.

Project Description: Performed dryout, cut to fill, drainage, and septic improvements on a custom home building pad in Eastern Sonoma. Extreme care was expected by the client to preserve heritage Oaks along the entry way and in the “backyard.” For which, Oak Grove was specifically selected despite not being the low bidder based on past good experiences working with the Oak Grove Team.

Project Description: Complete sitework for a new ranch estate consisting of two single family dwellings, barn and bridge structures.

Grant Street Village, Healdsburg
24-Lot Subdivision
Project Description: Construction of a 24-lot subdivision including tree removal, cut to fill, import, pad grading, curb/gutter, driveways, storm drain system, sewer main and laterals, water main and services and fencing with retaining wall structures. Coordinate with the City of Healdsburg to perform utility tie-ins and street conforms. Perform asphalt paving, striping and signage.
